Neal originally came to us once his business got to a point where he decided a virtual assistant would be beneficial and let him focus more time on the business, not in it. They started with us doing $25,000/mo in revenue. Shortly after starting with our brilliant VAs they were already running the show – handling call, scheduling teams, and dealing with customer issues.
Now we pretty much run Neal’s entire business. From managing cleaning teams and customers to administrative work and payroll. Neal’s business quickly grew $40,000/month in sales and has since more than doubled. He occasionally checks-in to make sure everything is going well. These days he spends his time focusing on his other side businesses while NLZ provides his income.
Think Maids is my personal business. I started back in mid-2016. After learning the ins and outs the business I was continuing to grow and take on more customers. As I grew I needed a way to outsource some of the tasks that were taking most of my time. Things like answering phone calls and responding to emails. At this time I started documenting my processes and writing up templates for how I like to respond to customers.
I decided I would hire a virtual assistant to outsource those tasks too. I chose to look only in the US and find someone who could speak fluent English so there were no language barriers with customers. As time went on I gave a little more and more to my VA. She didn’t disappoint and eventually I was running my business almost completely hands off. With such great success I knew I had to share with other local business owners. Thus, InoVA Local was born. Since then I’ve completely outsourced my business to my VA team. I spend at most 10 minutes a day on it and some days I don’t spend any time. I travel the world now and can do so knowing my business is secure, stable and in good hands.
Brandon and his wife started up their business, Hunter Wood Cleaning Services, last year. They both work full time jobs but were able to grow the business to a point where they felt bringing on a virtual assistant was the next logical move so Bridgette joined the team. Originally they needed Bridgette to answer calls and handle smaller day to day tasks while they worked.
After a few months of learning the business Bridgette answered a call from a potential customer. After answering their questions and learning more about them she pitched them on commercial cleaning services. Bridgette being as awesome as she is, the customer couldn’t say no. Just like that they signed a $92,000 deal allowing Brandon and his wife to quit their day jobs and focus on the business full time.
