How I Run My Business From Across the World
This is my personal business. I started Think Maids in mid 2016. After learning the ins and outs of the business I was continuing to grow and take on more customers. As I grew I needed a way to outsource some of the tasks that were taking most of my time. Things like answering phone calls and responding to emails. At this time I started documenting my processes and writing up templates for how I like to respond to customers.
I decided I would hire a virtual assistant to outsource those tasks too. I chose to look only in the US and find someone who could speak fluent English so there were no language barriers with customers. As time went on I gave a little more and more to my VA. She didn't disappoint and eventually I was running my business almost completely hands off.
I decided this would be great to share with other local business owners. Thus, InoVA Local was born. Since then I've completely outsourced my business to my VA team. I spend at most 10 minutes a day on it and some days I don't spend any time. I travel the world now and can do so knowing my business is secure, stable and in good hands.
